Salon Xposure at Yale College

Yale College students have taken part in a top hairdressing competition designed to enhance their passion for the industry.

“Xposure” is the number one Wella competition for students to showcase their hairdressing skills by creating a commercial cut and colour. Entrants have to be studying and working towards their NVQ level 2 or NVQ level 3 in hairdressing at a college/ training academy.

“The students have worked amazingly hard to create some fantastic looks,” says Julie Guzzo, Assistant Director of Faculty for Hair and Beauty at Yale College.

Aiming to encourage creativity, the students show case there skills whilst training. The competition is designed to help their motivation and engage them into maximising their full potential within the hairdressing industry.
